What to include in your message
You don’t need to know the technical details. These help us give you a useful first answer:
- Roughly how many people and how many office locations.
- The country you’re in.
- Your firewall, router or Wi-Fi brand if you know it. A photo of the box is fine.
- What’s going wrong, or what you’re worried about, in your own words.
